RECOMMEND – provide recommendations on process or system changes in order to optimise the use of best practice and to maximise their ROI in their systems and technologies used

ENGAGE – engage the business as a whole in the development of any recommended plans for process or system development and implementation

IMPLEMENT – plan, programme and project manage the implementation of the recommendations that have been made

MANAGE – Manage the relationship between supplier and customer to make sure the projects come in on time and budget

MONITOR – monitor the implementation of the chosen solutions to ensure the business is achieving expected uptake and therefore ROI on the new developments and solutions
