The delivery of our services will be based on the establishment of projects that will have tangible outcomes associated to key milestones throughout their duration. The outcomes will be clearly defined to provide a means of measuring progress during the periods of consultancy.

In order to provide scalability to the business BITC Ltd will employ associates where either the core BITC Ltd consultants do not have the time available to undertake projects or where the necessary technical knowledge is not available in-house.
