Jordan Nuclear re-implement COINS

Jordan Nuclear commissioned Build IT to re-implement their COINS solution in order to get further benefits and hence value from their system.

Having previously been a COINS company within their Group's COINS system Jordan have now got their own COINS implementation on their own LINUX server.  This enabled Jordan to look at how the system could be re-configured inline with the requirements of their particular business processes and management reporting requirements.

Following a review by Build IT the following areas where identified as requiring implementation as part of the project:

• Roll out of OA across the business
• New General Ledger Coding Structure
• New Cost Head coding structure
• New Procurement coding structure -Commodities, Plant and Trade
• Roll out full COINS procure to pay process
• Implement JC Timesheet contract costing and the import process of JC Timesheets
• Implement Payroll timehseet import process
• Increased use of COINS Reporting
• Set up of New User Group structure and menu access in line with user permissions
