TCG secured a project with a client to implement BP LogixWorkflow Director, a web-based software solution that provides business users with the advanced capabilities they need to ensure greater agility and visibility into their business processes. Built on a workflow automation system, Workflow Director manages, automates and reports on an organization’s business processes.

The end client, a COINS user, required data from BP Logix's webforms to be integrated into their COINS solution, as they wanted to use the webforms to capture key data from various parts of the business, including timesheets and contract administration information.  There was also a requirement to get key data from COINS to pre-populate / validate entries within the BP Logix webforms.

Build IT were commissioned to set up a SQL database and populate this with key COINS based data, via ODBC link, and to create data integration services to pass data entered into the BP Logix webforms back into COINS automatically.
