Laing O'Rourke

Laing O'Rourke have used the core COINS expertise held within BITC to help provide support service to their end users. These include:

• Support to their own internal help desk service where BITC have helped provide solutions and call closure on varioius user based help desk queries.
• Developmemnt of documentation to help in the trianing of new staff

Build IT are also working with Laing O'Rourke to help them implement the COINS Stock module within their Utilities business. This includes the fuirst implementation of new eStock Order solution developed by COINS.
