Jordan Nuclear is a well established business offering its clients 'total capability' multi-discipline nuclear and process engineering services. 

Originally formed in 1964, Jordan Nuclear can draw on over forty years of experience in the provision of solutions for the supply, installation and commissioning of plant, equipment and pipe work systems as well as mechanical, electrical, control, instrumentation and minor civils work.

Jordan Nuclear commissioned Build IT to undertake a review of their business processes and systems.  Following the study Build IT then helped Jordan re-implement their COINS back office system so that the new set up would provide them with coding structures and processes that would better reflect their current business and give them added scope and flexibility for growth in the future.

The re-implementation included re-coding the whole of the accounts structure right from the General Ledger codes through to the main Purchase, Subcontract and Contract Ledgers.  The implementation of COINS OA Procurement was also included, as the business wanted to use the core module to help control their overall procure to pay process.

The set up of a new COINS company for a business they acquired in 2009, was also included in the work.  The set up of separate Payroll systems for the original operating company and the newly acquired company was also undertaken.

Further work inlcuded re-configuring the set up of COINS Commericals CVR's so that they reflected the new coding structures and gave the commercial teams a clearer picture of contract costs.
