CITA

CITA, Construction Information Technology Alliance based in Dublin and focused on the development of IT in the Irish Construction Industry, employed BITC's service to deliver a number of short courses for their members.

The first of these, eTrading in the Irish Construction Market, took place at the end of May 2006. The course was attended by some of Ireland's largest construciton based businesses including John Sisk, SIAC, CRH, Kilsaren Concrete, PJ Hegarty to name a few.

Other courses that BITC have delivered are:

• Online Tendering where 6 prominent Irish construction related busienss sent delegates along
• Knowledge Management wherre Engineers Ireland were one of the attneding organisation

The fact that CITA have employed BITC to develop and run these courses emphasises the knowledge, experience and gravitas that BITC hold within the construction industry.

Further courses are being considered for 2007 along with the accreditation for the course to obtain CPD days for the delegates attending the courses.
