Build IT Consulting were commissioned to project manage the implementation of COINS OA version of Procurement within the Group. 

The project was part of the wider IT Merge project that invovled the merging of the Group wide systems.  The final systems to be in operation were COINS (Financials, Procurement, Payroll) and their own ion house developed Commercials system.

Build IT's remit included the development of a Group wide coding structure for commodities and resources, so that their would be a uinfied structure for all the Group companies moving forward.  Also included within the BITC remit was to configure and test the core COINS OA Procurement module, set up and oversee User Acceptance Testing, (UAT), development of documentation to include system set up and user training documents.
